Additional Services:
Birth Only- $500
Want a doula for your labor and delivery, but do not need the extra support? This allows you to have a doula present at your birth without any prenatal support. This includes a free consultation, one 2-3 hour zoom call to talk about prenatal work, medical history, and birth desires. It also includes in- person continuous labor support through 30 min postpartum.
Birth Plan Drafting- $50 an hour
You probably have an expectation of what your dream birth will look like. Having help writing your birth plan can ensure your wants and needs are thoughtfully written out and easily communicated to your support team and providers.
Childbirth Classes- $150
The hospital does not always offer the proper or full education when it comes to expectations or care for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. This gives you the option to have the full class experience to give you the full understanding of what to expect during this time.
Meal Planning- $150
It can be difficult to try and wrap your brain around food. From morning sickness to gestational diabetes your diet can become a huge stress factor. Help eliminate that stress by allowing me to create a meal plan for you that includes meals and snacks that are customized by what you enjoy.
Relief Band Rental- $200
Nausea hard to overcome? Rent a relief band for a flat rate of $200. Relief band is a way to prevent and treat the onset of nausea and vomiting in a non-drowsy, drug free way. It is FDA approved and safe for pregnant women to use.
